This document regulates the terms of use of the website and the purchase of products and/or services through it, including purchases made by telephone or other electronic means.
The User
By accessing, browsing, and using the Website, the user accepts these terms of use and assumes responsibility for its proper use, committing to:
- Make purchases for personal use.
- Provide truthful information when registering.
- Be over 18 years old or have parental or guardian permission.
- Formalize the sales contract in the available language.
Purchase Process
Properly registered users may purchase products or services through the www.sunmarket.es online purchasing system. Selected products are added to the shopping cart, and the user can proceed to payment by clicking "Pay."
Purchases by Telephone or Other Electronic Means
In addition to online purchasing, orders can also be made by phone, WhatsApp, or email. In these cases, our advisors will provide a personalized quote to the user, and if the user accepts the quote by making the payment, the order is considered confirmed, and the general sales conditions are accepted.
Order Confirmation and Acceptance
The user will receive an email confirming that Sunmarket has received their order. For purchases made by phone, WhatsApp, or email, the user will also receive the order confirmation via those same means.
Additionally, the user will be notified by email when their order has been shipped, and this information may also be available in their personal account on the website.
By completing the purchase, the user consents to the issuance of an electronic invoice, which will be sent by email. If the user prefers, they may request a paper copy by using the contact information provided above.
Specific Sales Conditions
The user acknowledges being informed of the specific sales conditions related to the products and/or services purchased. These conditions include, but are not limited to, the product name, price, components, quantity, color, product details, and service costs. By placing an order, either digitally or through telephone or other means, the user fully accepts these conditions.
Orders with an Initial Deposit for Equipment or Machinery
In the case of equipment, machinery, or other orders that are specifically requested from the manufacturer or supplier at the client's request, the client agrees to complete the full payment for the order within the deadlines agreed upon with Sunmarket.
- Initial Deposit: For this type of order, an initial deposit or down payment is required. This payment guarantees the reservation and production of the requested equipment.
- Non-Refundability of the Deposit: Under no circumstances will the initial deposit be refunded. This is because the product has been specifically ordered for the client and, due to its nature, cannot be resold.
- Obligation to Complete Payment: The client assumes the obligation to complete the full payment of the equipment or machinery under the agreed terms. In case of non-compliance, Sunmarket reserves the right to claim the pending amount or take legal action to enforce its rights.
Exceptions: Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier, as these products are custom-made or specifically ordered to the client’s specifications.
Cancellation Policy
The client has the right to cancel an order before the manufacturing or customization process begins. If the cancellation is made during this period, no additional charges will apply. However, once the manufacturing or customization process has begun, the order cannot be canceled, and the client must fulfill the purchase agreement.

- SeQura
SeQura is a financed payment method that allows users to pay in installments. Payments by card are subject to the approval of the card issuer. If the bank declines the payment, Sunmarket is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery.
Delivery
We offer worldwide delivery. The usual delivery time is up to 30 days from the order confirmation, except in extraordinary circumstances. If Sunmarket is unable to meet the delivery date for reasons attributable to it, the user will be informed, and they can choose to proceed with the purchase with a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund.
If the user is absent from the delivery address, a notice will be left explaining how to arrange redelivery or where to collect the order.
Returns
The user, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, except for personalized or custom-made products. To exercise this right, the user must contact Sunmarket through the available means on the website or the contact details provided.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, including all accessories and manuals. Once the product is received and its condition verified, a refund will be processed. Return shipping costs may be borne by the user unless the product is defective or the wrong product was sent.
Right of Withdrawal
The user may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. To exercise this right, they must notify Sunmarket through the contact means available on the website. Sunmarket will refund all payments, including shipping costs, within 14 days from the withdrawal notification, except for additional costs resulting from a delivery option chosen by the user that differs from the least expensive option offered.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized, custom-made, or specially ordered products. In such cases, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
Guarantees
The user is entitled to guarantees for products purchased through this website, in accordance with applicable law, for a period of two years from the delivery of the product. This warranty covers any lack of conformity that becomes apparent during this period.
Limitation of Liability
Sunmarket shall not be liable for the following losses, regardless of their origin:
- Losses not attributable to any breach on the part of Sunmarket.
- Business losses, including lost profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or unnecessary expenses incurred.
- Any other indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time the sales contract was formalized.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the website. However, prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

By using this website, the user agrees that most communications with Sunmarket will be electronic. All communications, whether by email or other telematic platforms, are private and confidential.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
